NEW HAMPSHIRE'S NEWEST MAGAZINE, NHToDo, ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH
PRINT COMPANY.

LONDONDERRY, NH - April 22, 2002. NHToDo, announced today that they have
signed a major print agreement in excess of $150,000 with Cummings Printing
Co. of Hooksett, NH to produce the NHToDo Magazine.  NHToDo is a new
monthly, activity-based magazine with feature articles dedicated to the fun
and adventure New Hampshire has to offer.  "We are very pleased with our
decision to work with a local print company right here in New Hampshire.
After an extensive multi-state search, we found Cummings to be a perfect fit
for this new enterprise." stated Daron Libby, Vice President of ToDo, Inc.

NHToDo will be a 64-page full color magazine with articles on every
imaginable activity.  NHToDo wants everyone to experience kayaking, scuba
diving, ballooning, horseback riding and many more activities that can be
found in New Hampshire.  The magazine will offer ideas for day trips,
weekend getaways and weeklong vacations.  NHToDo will provide interesting
reviews of great diners, restaurants, hotels and much more.

You will be able to find NHToDo magazine at local newsstands, bookstores and
other vendor locations.  The premier issue of NHToDo is scheduled for
release in early May distributing 20,000 copies of the publication at
locations all across New England each month.
