FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Date: May 8, 2006 Issued by: NHToDo Magazine Contact: Daron Libby, Executive Editor/CEO Phone: 603-425-2292 Email: editor@nhtodo.com

LONDONDERRY, NH - RE/MAX 1st Choice of Londonderry announced today that an innovative marketing agreement has been reached with New Hampshire ToDo Magazine that combines a major donation to a new memorial at the State Veterans Cemetery with a program in which new homeowners receive a one-year subscription to the magazine as a closing gift from the real estate agency.

RE/MAX 1st Choice broker/owner Arlene Hajjar states, "I was intrigued from the start as this promotional marketing program was multi-dimensional - combining direct mail, print advertising and internet presence. New Hampshire ToDo Magazine is the perfect housewarming gift for a new homebuyer in that it will help them to learn all about their new home state. We are pleased with the program that NHToDo was able to put together for us and we are also pleased to be able to recognize our NH veterans."

A built-in component of the innovative promotional package, RE/MAX 1st Choice is making a $750 donation to the US Armed Forces WALK OF HONOR memorial. The WALK OF HONOR will be constructed at the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen with individual monuments to recognize all five branches of service. The memorial is a project of the Veterans Memorial Monuments Fund, Inc. - a nonprofit organization of which NHToDo CEO/Executive Editor, Daron Libby, is a board member.

Mr. Libby commented, "NHToDo is honored for the opportunity to help NH businesses recognize those men and women who have served our state and country. We are all proud of our troops serving abroad and those that have served and this is our small way of saying thank you."

A fully comprehensive marketing package, the NHToDo real estate program consists of a custom label placed on the cover of each issue for a year, a monthly advertisement in NHToDo which is onsale from Maine to Pennsylvania, a graphics link on a special Real Estate section of the NHToDo website and the sizeable donation to the NH Veterans memorial.

Ms. Hajjar noted, "This program not only gives our office good monthly exposure to those that recently purchased a home from our agency but the print advertising helps us to reach both in-state and out-of-state prospective homebuyers looking to move to New Hampshire. It really made a lot of sense from a marketing point of view."

Mr. Libby added, "New Hampshire ToDo is appreciative of the assistance of Londonderry RE/MAX 1st Choice to help put this innovative real estate marketing program together. The new homeowner will LOVE this magazine because it is all about finding interesting places to go and things to do in New Hampshire. I had lived in Londonderry for almost 20 years before I ever heard of the Fort at No. 4 in Charlestown. I want people just moving here to know all about the great fun and adventure NH has to offer! Also, each subscriber receives an NHToDo ClubCard good for discounts at shops, attractions, restaurants and lodging throughout the state. I'm hopeful that many other real estate offices throughout New Hampshire will take advantage of this exciting program."

Celebrating their fifth year of publication, NHToDo Magazine is a monthly, 68-page, full color, activity-based magazine all about New Hampshire's heritage, adventure and four-season fun. NHToDo feature articles are presented in a colorful and entertaining format and are loaded with ideas from camping and hot air ballooning to antiquing and kayaking.
