Ad Specifications
**1. Ads should fit exactly within the dimensions quoted above. Only full-page ads can “bleed” (printed right to the edge of the page.) Bleed 1/4″ beyond trim and live matter should be no more than 1/4″ within trim.
Layout Formats
- Adobe Acrobat PDF (be sure the PDF is “Press Optimized”, is at minimum resolution of 300 dpi, and that all fonts and art are embedded.)
- Adobe Illustrator EPS
- Adobe Photoshop (TIFF images at 300 dpi)
Images
-TIFF files, at least 300 DPI, grayscale or CMYK color
- EPS files for vector-based illustrations
Please note:
1. All files should be saved in MAC format
2. Do not use images from websites (72 dpi resolution)
Sending Your Files to NHToDo
1. When sending files on a disk, we can accept 100 MB Zip Disk, CD-R or floppy disk.
2. When sending files via email:
a. Files should be compressed before sending – Stuffit (.sit) or Zip (.zip).
b. We have a file size limit of 3 MB per email.
c. Send all email/attachments to graphics@nhtodo.com.
